Coaching
Virtual 1:1 sessions, monthly packages: Make coaching accessible to anyone on your team on a first-come basis with a package of monthly sessions. For example, a package of 5 sessions/month available to a team of 15 people, Team Leaders quickly learn who is taking initiative to exercise the offering and how it’s impacting engagement and performance.
Virtual group coaching (2-3 people): Create a confidential and supported space for high-impact groups to strengthen their communication and collaboration facilitated by a coach. Group sessions recommended at a monthly cadence for 90minutes and can be combined with 1:1 sessions for accelerated growth.
Learning & Development
360 assessments: Leverage best-in-class tools from Leadership Circle that empower ICs and Managers with clear-cut insights into their leadership strengths and development opportunities.
Virtual Workshops: Compelling content, interactive exercises, and time for expression and reflection on critical leadership competencies.
Offsites: Participate with presence in your team planning and building with a coach to lead your next offsite. Consultation throughout the process of developing content and facilitation of an engaging experience with actionable outcomes.
Virtual Courses: Embark on a learning journey with a coach to guide your team through sets of specific skills that comprise the core abilities of all successful organizations.
